Contract: IT Scrum Master / Perth

This IT Scrum Master position will see you work with a Tier One Mining Operator as you collaborate with like-minded technical individuals managing the development and enhancements of their built applications.

Contract: 6 Months (potential for rolling contract)
Location: Perth, CBD

The Role |

• Advise product owners of options, risks, effort/cost and set sprint priorities
• Consult with the key stakeholder to understand business needs that meet business goals and strategic objectives
• Liaise with stakeholders to formalise requirements
• Document business requirements in the form of user stories that are broken down into deliverable, iteratively developed functionality; define scenarios and acceptance criteria to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to development team
• Guide the delivery teams through their agile process
• Assist business teams in testing and training

Experience Needed |

• A minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in a Business Analyst Scrum Master role
• Strong leadership and personal skills
• Assisting the team with business process and requirements.
• Manage technical support documentation including formal specifications and sample code/applications
• Experience in an Agile Software Practices
• Understanding/Exposure to of DevOps processes and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
