A leading high end residential focused architectural firm are seeking a Senior Design Architect/Design Lead to work with Director of the business as a 2IC.
This multi-disciplinary practice is well renowned for producing high crafted and timeless designs for their wide range of clients. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your projects, lead/mentor the team and work towards an associate or director role within the practice.

Who you are:
- 7 + years experience with a background in high-end residential design
- Tertiary Qualifications in Architecture or a related discipline
- ArchiCAD Proficiency
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the architectural delivery service including
an ability and willingness to lead and encourage teams and promote motivation - Sound technical knowledge of architectural project delivery
- Advanced knowledge of applicable codes, laws, rules and standards regulating the
design and construction of buildings - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills, verbal and visual
- Solid time management skills
- Take ownership of your projects
- Be involved in all aspects of the design process
- Opportunity to work towards an Associate or Director position
