Hydrocarbon Analyst

Location: Houston, TX

Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

End to end hydrocarbon accounting – stock recording to settlements.
Review deal entries, provisions and scheduling in Right Angle are accurate for movement and settlement.
Ensuring accurate and timely actualization of all hydrocarbon movements; to include analysis needs for loss/gain on marine movements.
Perform Inventory reconciliations at all appropriate facilities. Work with others to resolve discrepancies.
Responsible for settlements activity. Understand deal, terms and ensure accurate accounting transactions in order to settle accurately and timely.
Operate internal controls throughout. Able to provide information to internal and external auditors on request.

Willingness to engage the groups outside of Finance and manage information flows with those groups to maintain on-time expectations.
