My client is a boutique, design focused firm who have won numerous awards over their specialist sectors which includes hospitality, retail, commercial and education. They are conveniently based on the city fringe- incredibly accessible and with access to parking and public transport.
 
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline, an opportunity is available immediately for a Project Architect to join their collaborative, professional team. As the Project Architect you will be working on projects across their portfolio which range in value from $2 - $10m.
 
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following;

• 5+ years' local experience with exposure to hospitality and education highly regarded.
• High level of Revit proficiency
• Strong construction knowledge with the ability to make decisions independently.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of junior architects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build relationships at all levels.
• Well developed time management skills with the ability to run multiple projects concurrently.
