Sales Account Manager - Noida / India

Role – Sales Account Manager

Location – Noida

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Driving business growth by mapping potential customers, devising sales strategies, and generating leads by developing sales action plans
  2. Driving sales revenue and margin growth of Products & Services through tender seeding, marketing promotions, market assessment, gap analysis and competition analysis
  3. Developing a go to market strategy & distribution for market reach.
  4. Developing executive level customer relationships and driving improvement of customer satisfaction level
  5. Forecasting, developing and implementing annual sales plan for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new Products & Services.
  6. Maintain sales volume, and prices by understanding supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  7. Actively engaging with the key accounts & strategically developing business & relationship through constant visits.
  8. Coaching sales team on the technical aspects of the organization products; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets
  9. Involve in the complete Sales Cycle of development and marketing, required to handle lead generation to negotiate and deal closing.
  10. Being responsible for managing customer specific proposals which includes technical & commercial as well as contracts in accordance with company policies by applying acquired technical knowledge.

Mandatory Expertise:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  2. 5+ years of Sales and/or Marketing experience, primarily in industrial market segment
  3. Previous CRM and pipeline management experience.

Additional qualifications:
  1. MBA - Marketing.
  2. Experience in sectors such as Power, Telecom, Process Industry, Petrochemicals, Rail and Metro, Renewable (Solar and Wind).
  3. Knowledge about industry norms and approval process in the above-mentioned segments.
  4. Experience to manage & generate business from channel partners & distributors.
