Established custom residential builder looking for a Leading Hand to run projects located in Lower North Shore and to work on custom new build projects based across Sydney. They have a strong team with work in the pipeline where stability and growth are possible. 

The role:

• Looking for an ambitious Leading Hand to take on a $1M - $5M project located in in Kirribilli Lower North Shore 
• Ability to continue working across Sydney on further projects 
• Progression and Support
• Eager to learn and grow
• Good team building
• Solid trade base
• Ability to lead a team
• Currently working on a Custom Build with more in the pipeline 

Requirements:

• Have experience leading a team
• Cert III in Carpentry 
• 3+ years experience out of apprenticeship
• Minimum Leading Hand experience 
• Solid background in residential construction and Custom build homes
• Previous experience in managing multiple sites
• A valid driver’s license
• Builders license would be an advantage
