Recruitment Manager / Australia

Working in partnership with the NSW Government, the Parklife Metro consortium has been selected to deliver the SSTOM package for Sydney Metro

• Design & Construction of 6 new stations
• All core rail systems, infrastructure and linewide works
• Stabling and Maintenance facility at Orchard hills
• Supply of 12 new metro trains
• Operation & Maintenance of the Sydney Metro - Western Sydney Airport line for 15 years

Comprising, Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens and Webuild, the private sector partners are looking to build their metro rail expertise to deliver this city-shaping project, which will be delivered under a Public Private Partnership model and will provide a major economic stimulus for western Sydney.
  
Webuild, as a D&C Contractor member, will be responsible for the successful delivery of the design and construction elements of the project and we are currently looking to appoint an Recruitment Manager to work within the HR team 

As the Recruitment Manager, you will join the project right at the start and work closely with stakeholders and take the lead / coordinate on

• Strategic Recruitment across the project
• Talent acquisition strategies
• D&I Targets strategy
• Targets of employment of Western Sydney locals
• Organising employment related marketing
• Recruitment Roadshows

As well as the usual day to day recruitment. This is a high volume position - with significant ramp up of employees already under way

You'll have the chance to build and provide leadership to an internal recruiters as well as HR Admin support staff
