Site Supervisor / Australia

Site Supervisor | High- End\Luxury Homes | $120K - $150K + Super + Fuel Card | Northern Beaches Project up to $5M 

Are you a site supervisor with experience in the High-End residential construction market? Would you consider working in Sydney's Northern Beaches for a fantastic career opportunity with one of NSW's leading home builders? 

The client is a leading home builders in Sydney and has been established for over 10 + years. They offer new build single storey, double storey and custom homes. They are now looking for experienced site supervisors to manage the build of new residential luxury home based in Sydney's Northern Beaches. 

The role:

• Monday - Saturday role (Saturday only to open up site) 
• Supervise the build of a project based in Manly up to $5M 
• Co-ordinate and schedule daily workloads 
• Manage labour and trades both direct and sub contracted
• Keep regularly, weekly contact with the client
• Keep the company and customer up to date on progress and performance
• Resolve any problems

The requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in a supervisor/site manager role
• A solid background within residential construction
• Relevant trade qualifications - carpentry or building ideally
• Previous experience managing multiple sites
• Previous experience working for a project home builder is advantageous
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A Builders/Supervisors license would be an advantage
