Archicad Design Drafter / Australia

Residential builder is looking to recruit an experienced ArchiCAD Drafter for a role in their Castle Hill Sydney office. This company builds custom home projects and has a respectful and stable internal culture and team. After a recent surge in work they now have a vacancy for a Drafter to join lead their team.

This role is offered on a permanent fill-time basis Monday to Friday in the office. 

Duties will include

• Provide drawings and documentation for tenders, masters and site
• Preparing sketches, plans, working drawings and site specifications
• The ability to produce details documentation of site plans
• Check developer guidelines & plan all sub requirements
• Lead a team, delegate work and check work 
• Report to the Drafting Manager 

Experience Required: 

• 2+ years Drafting experience in the residential construction sector
• Must have a strong compliance back ground experience in DA\CC
• Good Knowledge of Resi Building Code of Australia 
• A good eye for detail and the ability to produce high quality work first time
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment and the ability to time manage in order to meet deadlines without compromising quality of work
• Experience on volume housing projects like house/land packages and subdivisions.
• Advanced level ArchiCAD skills
