Working with a Major Teir 1 Oil & Gas Operator seeking a Travel Coordinator to join their team.
Title: Corporate Travel Coordinator
Duration: Initial 6 Months
Location: Perth CBD
Roster / Hours: 8 hour days, Monday to Friday
Department: Corporate Travel
Level: Intermediate / Senior
Start Date: ASAP (March 2024)
Primary Objective: To assist the coordination of the booking and management of Business Travel arrangements within our client's Perth office.

Primary Objective: To assist the coordination of the booking and management of Business Travel arrangements within our client's Perth office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to all Administrative Assistants and Travelers for Domestic & International Business travel arrangements for all staff/contractors, consultants according to our client's Business Travel Standard
- Manage all International travel for Inpats Home Leave and demobilisation and liaise with Global Mobility for all bookings
- Manage International business travel and ensure all information for visa requirements information are provided for countries visiting and transiting through
- Seek approvals for any changes to bookings that incur additional costs
- Ensure all hotels requested by travelers are HSE approved
- Liaise with Travel Management Company regarding accommodation requests and Non-Standard Travel
- Add/update information in our client's ISOS Travel Tracker System where required
- Complete weekly Travel Reports for Operations
- Provide Inpat Monthly Travel Report to Global Mobility
- Check daily ticketing report and ensure tickets are issued on due date
- Review invoices received from TMC and ensure all is correct
- Manage tickets in credit and ensure TMC are utilising credits towards new bookings
- Liaise and lodge errors with Concur Support Team for the Online Booking Tool
- Liaise with HSES to provide security briefing for international travel
Occupational Health and Safety:
- Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times.
Team Work:
- Provide Travel support to all Administrative Assistants and Travelers with self booking
- Assist all staff in the completion of the online RFT process
- Provide support to Expense Team, Travelers and Administrative Assistants with Invoice enquiries
- Provide support to teams when reports are required in the event of an emergency
Qualifications:
- Travel and Tourism Cert lll (or Global Equivalent)
Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years Previous Experience in a corporate Travel position
- Knowledge and experience in International travel routing and airfares
- Knowledge and experience of Online Booking Tools
- Good Computer skills
- Good knowledge of Airline seat allocation process
