Essential Job Duties:

Managing and follow up purchase orders to ensure they are processed, shipped and delivered on schedule
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials/components required for projects
Proactively identify and address any issues that may arise in the supply chain to prevent delays or disruptions.
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in the supply chain.
Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure alignment and coordination.
Troubleshoot problems related to order fulfillment and logistics to find effective solutions.
Helps prioritize projects based on deadlines.
Develop and maintain expediting report to communicate delivery schedules for offshore shut-in and Facilities/Project materials.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
Years of Experience – 5
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate thoughts in a clear, concise, coherent manner
Strong time management skills, highly organized, and detailed oriented
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong cross-functional communication skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of basic analytical and Microsoft Office software programs
Demonstrated ability to work independently, decisiveness, and sound judgment
Knowledge of expediting activities
Systems – SAP & Spotfire
Microsoft Suite of Application – Including Excel
Must be onsite in Woodlands office at least two or three days a week
Willingness to travel to engineering offices and supplier manufacturing locations in greater Houston area and along the gulf coast (25% of time)
