Essential Job Duties:
  • Managing and follow up purchase orders to ensure they are processed, shipped and delivered on schedule
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials/components required for projects
  • Proactively identify and address any issues that may arise in the supply chain to prevent delays or disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in the supply chain.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure alignment and coordination.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to order fulfillment and logistics to find effective solutions.
  • Helps prioritize projects based on deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain expediting report to communicate delivery schedules for offshore shut-in and Facilities/Project materials.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • Years of Experience – 5
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate thoughts in a clear, concise, coherent manner
  • Strong time management skills, highly organized, and detailed oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of basic analytical and Microsoft Office software programs
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, decisiveness, and sound judgment
  • Knowledge of expediting activities
  • Systems – SAP & Spotfire
  • Microsoft Suite of Application – Including Excel
  • Must be onsite in Woodlands office at least two or three days a week
  • Willingness to travel to engineering offices and supplier manufacturing locations in greater Houston area and along the gulf coast (25% of time)
