Project Manager (Construction) / Australia

Searching for project managers to join our national and mid tier commercial construction company. You will be involved in mix of new build with elements of fitout circa $15M - $20M. 

Job Responsibilities:
This project management position is an integral role and is key to the success of our clients projects. You may at times be required to be involved in the tendering and estimation process. Outside of this, you will be on site leading project team members with the goal of delivering your project on time and to budget.

You will be required to manage two new build industrial projects immediately on the Southside of Brisbane. The successful PM will be working closely with their own site team consisting of a Site Manager and a Contracts Administrator as a minimum. 
  
To be successful in this position you will have the below experience:

• Proven project management experience on commercial new build and fitout projects in QLD
• Strong computer literacy
• Ability to perform all duties with high degree of accuracy & confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal communication & people management skills
• Excellent time management skills & the ability to organise & prioritise own workload
• Proven ability to organise & prioritise tasks; proactive with a strong attention to detail
• Commitment to WHS
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff & management, both internal & external
• Willing and able to start immediately after serving out your notice period

Qualifications:

• Tertiary degree, preferably Construction Management or Engineering
• At least 4 years in a Project Management role 
• Experience working on projects upwards of $15M
• Tier 2 or 3 project experience on Commercial/Industrial new build projects
