About the Role
Reporting to the Superintendent, provide effective management of the project team, and successful planning, management, and delivery of the contracted works in accordance with client requirements. This role is accountable for successful project outcomes through effective leadership of the project team, managing the program schedule, risk, safety, operations, and resources associated with project deliverables. This position will work individually and in a team environment to deliver exceptional outcomes, while maintaining a safe and productive culture and having a positive impact on the community in which we operate.
This position is a site-based role working Monday to Friday FIFO ex Adelaide.

In this role you will:
- Develop detailed project plans to guide clients, team members and subcontractors
- Consulting with operational management to identify and create systems and processes to maximize project efficiency and profitability
- Forecasting of relevant projects, with estimated completions and costs in comparison with the baseline budget and schedule
- Reviewing and understanding implications of Design & Construction documentation, engineering drawings and plans
- Ensure project progress and completion documentation is delivered in accordance with client contracts
About You
- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications in project management .
- Experience in the industry with a background in mining civil projects
- High interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Focused and results-oriented.
