HSE Safety Coach / Qatar

Promoting HSE policies & practices, culture and objectives for all entities working onsite.HSE coaching of all workforces onsite.Along with Site FOPS HSE, being “visible at Site” and “walking the talk” with HSE best practice as a priority.Intervene where HSE deficiencies are identified and report – use STOP work authority.Attend TBT meetings and ensure jobs risks are properly identified and controlled.Work closely with the rest of the project team on the assigned location.

About this role:

Attend HSE Supervisors Briefing in the morning.Attend location specific TBT in selected areas, based on activities of the day.COMPANY PTW Procedure: not involved in the PTW review / signatory process but involved inPTW auditing.Ensure adequate HSE coverage and compliance with PTW and supporting documents.Liaise with FOPS & other discipline HSE supervisors on site to address HSE concerns andoverall promote HSE best practices.Submit his observations and action taken to the Site and team before evening meeting. Coach CTR HSE Officers & monitor their activity. Conduct HSE tours and observations across all sites. Be an asset for the Site and HSE team by supporting them in “keeping an eye on areas at risk”.

What you need to bring:

Large experience on similar activities at equivalent position (minimum number of verifiable 10years). Familiar with offshore construction activities. Fluent in English. Offshore SIMOPS experience. HSE Trainings: OPITO H2S / T-BOSIET / AGT / NEBOSH or equivalent.
