Our client, a renowned international interior design studio, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Studio Director / Business Development Director to lead their thriving Dubai studio. This pivotal role requires a skilled individual to manage the studio's operations while actively driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Studio Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a talented team of designers and project managers.
• Foster a collaborative and creative studio culture.
• Maintain high standards of design excellence and project delivery.
• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and industry professionals.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and manage client relationships.
• Financial Management:
• Oversee the studio's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
