Senior Site Architect / UAE

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Architect to oversee the construction phase of a prestigious high-end residential project in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury projects and a proven track record of delivering projects to the highest standards of quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision:
  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved construction drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used on site.
  • Resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during construction.
• Design Coordination:
  • Coordinate with the design team to address design changes and modifications as required.
  • Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure they meet project requirements.
• Client Liaison:
  • Maintain regular communication with the client to address their concerns and expectations.
  • Present progress reports and updates to the client.
• Contract Administration:
  • Review contractor's claims and variations, ensuring they are justified and in accordance with the contract terms.
  • Monitor contractor's performance and adherence to project schedules.
• Safety and Quality:
  • Enforce safety standards and regulations on site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and quality issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the UAE construction industry, specifically in high-end residential or 5-star hotel projects
• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong knowledge of materials, specifications, and IFC drawings
• Excellent site detailing experience
• In-depth understanding of local authority regulations and building codes
• Experience working with international consultants
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
