Contract: Senior Project Engineer - Interface/Change / Norway

Senior Project Engineer - Interface/Change:

- We are looking for Senior Engineers to fill roles within Interface and Change management for our large projects. 
- The main purpose of the roles will be to support the Project Integration by leading and coordinating the communication between the delivery lines of the project. 
- To coordinate technical queries, assist scoping new studies if required to support the required project change.
- Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall project interface management system in PIMS
- Establish relevant communication infrastructure and ensure well functioning communication across project teams
- Report critical change and interface management issues to the Technical Integration Lead in a timely manner
- Responsible for verifying delivery lines are performing interface management (internal and external)
- Establish and maintain the procedure for interface clarification system. Ensure this is well known and followed by the in the project
- Establish and maintain interface management plan
- Establish schedule for interface items, and ensure alignment with project schedule
- Establish and manage an interface organization
- Ensure project interfaces are being appropriately considered in risk and contract management strategies
- Involve relevant delivery lines and stakeholders to ensure proper evaluation of proposed changes
- Drive/lead relevant work necessary to decide on proposed change
- Facilitate risk assessment to support decision making and change implementation
- Establish schedule for implementation of change proposals, and ensure alignment with project schedule
- Facilitate workshop and provide PowerPoint slide pack for supporting the requested MOC’s
- Coordinate VO’s and VOR’s

Qualifications:
- Minimum B.Sc. in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years experience within E&P, preferably linked to projects
- Experience with one or more project delivery lines will be valued (Facility, Drilling, Reservoir, HSSEQ, Operations) as will previous experience with one of the service providers to E&P
- Good technical & multidiscipline overview
- Good MS Office/writing skills
- Language; English and Norwegian
