A leading Chemical client, on a new mega-scale methyl methacrylate (MMA) plant in the US.
Client is looking to add a "contracts Manager" to their team on a long term bases.
Purpose:
The Contracts Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end management of these large and complex contracts, ensuring compliance, adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating contract risks, fostering positive contractor relationships and will have a deep understanding of contract law applied in the various countries where the contracts will be executed.
The project will award major contracts with a total value over $1bn.
The Contracts Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end management of these large and complex contracts, ensuring compliance, adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating contract risks, fostering positive contractor relationships and will have a deep understanding of contract law applied in the various countries where the contracts will be executed.

Location is yet to be confirmed, assignment is most likely to start either in Teeside, Reading, Madrid or Milan with expectations to follow to the US.
