NES Fircroft is currently looking for a Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our permanent hire recruitment team. As a Recruiter for NES Global Talent you will be responsible for placing qualified candidates within the Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Renewables industry. You will be responsible for the identification, qualification, and matching of candidates to the technical requirements of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled technical professionals on a permanent basis
- Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates
- Conduct thorough phone and face to face interviews to determine candidates qualifications and job requirements
- Build and maintain a quality pipeline through fostering long term relationships with candidates
- Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
- Successfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements in order to understand the needs of the hiring manager and technical skills required
- Constructs Boolean search strings to expedite focused candidate/client discovery
- Call current recently placed permanent candidates to ensure quality service is maintained and to seek candidate referrals
- Attend site visits with Senior team members
- Ensures 100% compliance with quality standards as dictated by NES Global Talent including company quality processes, in country legislation (including Occupational Health & Safety), and client specific process requirements
Experience:
- Bachelors’ Degree
- Previous sales experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Outgoing & engaging personality
- Willingness to cold call candidates
- Determination to achieve objectives, self- motivated individual
- Ability to multi-task and produce results
