MCP Experience – IT experience working directly within MCPs. Broad knowledge of IT and IM technologies and how to apply them successfully in the dynamic environment of a Major Capital Project.

Communication and Teamwork - Demonstrated strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate to management, peers, subordinates and across disciplines and partner companies. Enables, develops and maintains positive, effective working relationships with project team members and business stakeholders. Encourages cooperation across organizational and functional boundaries. Communicates in a clear, concise, understandable manner fostering a can-do attitude across project team members and business stakeholders. Demonstrated willingness to take on new challenges. Collaborates across IT Teams in developing and enhancing processes, standards and best practices.

Problem solving – ability to facilitate project teams through problem resolution and barrier removal. Effectively articulate the imperative for joint ownership of problem resolution strategy. Persuasive escalation skills and engager of resources in a common aim.
