Procurement Specialist / France

Role: Procurement Specialist
Location: Paris
Contract: 12 Months (Renewable)
 
This role will be reporting directly to the client representative and collaborating closely with the teams of the Project & Equipment Procurement and Indirect Procurement divisions, as well as with assistants from other procurement sectors, the role involves coordinating the operations of these two divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the schedules of the directors, prioritising appointments, board meetings, gatherings, and travel arrangements, including visa applications, reservations, and expense reports. 
• Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, interns, apprentices, and contractors, handling office logistics, relocations, and necessary authorizations.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to teams, aiding in meeting organization, event coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Draft notes, letters, and documents, as well as compile and format dashboards.
• Oversee procurement orders for the divisions, ensuring the conformity of deliveries and tracking orders from suppliers.
• Update communication materials for the divisions, such as organizational charts and presentations.
• Monitor training activities and handle registrations and logistics accordingly.
• Track division costs, Requests for Services (RFS), and invoicing in collaboration with Cost Control.
