Junior Rotating / Packaged Equipment Requisitioning Engineer

Location : Houston, TX
 

Under direct supervision, independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications. With additional experience within one functional area, assists in the design of larger and more complex assignments which involve conventional types of plans, investigations, and surveys with relatively few complex features for which there are precedents. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations.

 

Job Qualifications

 

• The skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of (two) 2 years related experience, with typical experience ranging from 3-7 years.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Collaborative
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and working independently
• Experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, and packaged equipment (refrigeration, desiccant driers, waste water treatment, lift stations, etc. etc.) preferred.
