The client a Mining Operator in Perth are currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join them for an intial 3 month contract with the possibilty of extension.
Be accountable for the delivery of all aspects of internal, external and contingent hiring needs of the business function, as determined by the Resourcing Lead.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create job descriptions, advertise, headhunt, screen, and interview candidates
- Partner with the business and translate the business resourcing strategy to actionable plans to deliver with speed, cost effectiveness and hiring of quality talent
- Manage the internal resourcing of selected positions, end to end resourcing of external positions, in line with Resourcing targets and key performance indicators
- Developing trusted relationships with partners to understand business priorities, roles, and talent needs
- Actively contribute to the global community of recruiters by skills/lines of business to work towards the collective delivery of business resourcing priorities
- Champion and assure Diversity & Inclusion remains at the core of the end-to-end resourcing process
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities, maintaining operational excellence and adopting consistent and globally standardized resourcing processes
- Build a continuous, collaborative delivery partnership with key partners
- Understand recruitment processes, practices, systems, HR policiesÂ
- Experience in working across portfolios
- Business / industry understanding in order to represent the organization to external candidates and fully understand the requisition brief.
- Good data analytics skills to review/anticipate/adjust current priorities and needs
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, attraction strategy development, assessment and offer negotiation
