Contract: Communications Coordinator / Kazakhstan

Location: Tengiz 28/28

•    Plans and Coordinates Site Tours and Visits.  
•    Plans and Coordinates activities with the PGPA Organization around drone videos and photos (aerial).
•    Develops and maintains Project banners throughout the Site.
•    Develops and publishing Newsletter 
•    Populates and maintains the Sharepoint site
•    Ensures messages on televisions show the latest information and update periodically
•    Creating and editing communications materials in Russian, English and Kazakh (announcements, posters, banners, bulletins, videos) together with Senior Communications Coordinator
•    Daily social media monitoring
•    Ability to work with different type of information and create final content/product 
Desired skills:
•    Must be proficient in the use of Adobe CC products  (Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
•    Experience in developing and executing communication plans, managing cross-functional groups
•    Experience communicating to broad audiences using various channels
•    Experience in corporate communications
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Professional trilingual fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English
•    Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
•    Strong organization and planning skills
•    Good judgment and problem-solving skills
