SAP Basis Consultant / Singapore

About the Job

The role entails SAP Authorization review and strategy. You will oversee representation of SAP Technology in projects as part project lead and run SAP Technology projects as project lead. You will coordinate activities between projects and external AMS partner and coordinate AMS resources and oversee Level 3 support within scope of SAP Basis, SAP Authorization and SAP Integration.



The solutions will be applied globally in the Company’s subsidiaries and you will consultation engagement will be onsite in the Company’s office in Singapore for contractual period of 6 months.



Deliverables

• Role review and strategy within SAP Authorization
• Supervise AMS partner to ensure quality and compliance
• Representation of SAP Technology in projects as part project lead
• Take part in project meetings, collect information needed within SAP Technology,
• create solution design for technical scope and seek approval at Service Owner /
• Subject matter expert.
• Running SAP Technology projects as project lead
• Work independently, seek alignment with Subject matter experts and Service Owners,
• involve, plan, book and coordinate resources, ensure effective project costs, progress and success
• Coordinate AMS resources Define work packages to be processed byAMS, monitor progress and quality, ensure success
• Coordination of activities between projects and external AMS partner
• Create Blueprint result proposals within scope of SAP Technology, discuss with SME until document is finalized.
• Coordinate eternal partner, supervise and ensure result is met regarding quality, timeline and security.
• Level 3 support within scope of SAP Basis, SAP Authorization and SAP Integration
• Find solutions for situations where level 2 was not able to provide solution

Requirements

• Have experience/knowledge in SAP Basis and Authorization
• Have more than 10 years’ experience in SAP Implementation especially in the Technology area
• Troubleshooting and Supporting
• Implementation experience
• Communication skills
• Have good inter-personal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to conduct reverse engineering
• Ability to create architectures, designs, concepts – master the theory since implementation is done by others
• Team player
