Fantastic opportunity to join one of the world’s leading Oil, Gas and Energy companies that have been operating in New Zealand for around 120 years. They are currently seeking an Aircraft Refueler to join their Auckland Airport based team.
The role will be focused around the safe and correct handling, storage and movement of our client’s products including the refueling of planes and tankers. This is an entry level position with full training provided so do not miss out to start your career with a world leader in the fueling industry.
It is important that anyone who wishes to be considered, understands that aviation is still only starting to bounce back from the pandemic that grounded so many planes, so there is a real need for flexibility. Throughout your training you will be situated on a middle shift but this will change once you are signed off to include both early and late shifts. Due to the nature of the work, it is critical that you can be available for all shifts and be on time, all the time.

Role Responsibility:
- Transporting & Fueling to company/facility standards
- Maintain product quality and complete daily product quality checks
- Correct recording of all stock movement / sales
- Commitment to Health and Safety
- Ensure refueling is completed in timely fashion
- Act as first line contact with customers and outside departments
- MUST have a strong work ethic and punctual
- Preferably trade qualified but mechanical aptitude is a must
- Class 2 License required, 4 preferred
- Dangerous Goods Endorsement (not required but preferred)
- Strong written language skills and numerical skills
- Good communicator
