Contract: Senior HVAC Engineer / Kazakhstan

Location: Tengiz 28/28

Must be familiar with:
•    RoK statutes and regulations applicable to this job
•    International fabrication and construction of onshore facilities and facility equipment
•    Oil and Gas production facility design, construction, and operation
Must have the skills to:
•    Conduct general Equipment and HVAC system design and design review
•    Provide field installation, testing, and troubleshooting support of Equipment and HVAC construction scope of work
•    Excellent spoken and written communication (including email) and presentation skills in English language and ability to communicate via translator with non-English speaking personnel
•    Able to work as a leader and interactive member of multicultural and cross functional teams
•    Read, understand, and communicate project’s codes and standards, drawings, specifications, and contract documents
•    Work in a highly digital environment with digital communication tools (MS TEAMS and Collaboration Storage tools (SharePoint).
•    Highly motivated individual who can work independently and leading a high-performance team
•    Motivate and instill high performance attitude in team members and supporting contractors
•    Establish and instill high standards regarding quality, accuracy, thoroughness, teamwork, and proactive problem solving
•    Mentor Kazakhstan National staff
Job Specifications: 
Higher Education in a relevant technical field – minimum Bachelor of Science
At least 10 years’ experience in Mechanical Equipment design, engineering and construction projects in oil and gas industry. Strong background with Mechanical Equipment and HVAC system design and installation requirements
International experience with contractors and vendors during design and construction of onshore oil and gas processing facilities 
English and demonstrated ability to communicate via interpreter in other languages
Intermediate or advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Collaboration skills

Write and speak in a clear and convincing manner
Work well with all levels of management
Self-starting behavior and ability to work independently
