Civil Supervisor / Australia

We are currently looking for a Civil Supervisor to oversee a project on Puckapunyal defense base. 

Scope of works includes bulk earthworks, utilities, landscaping and road construction. 

What's On Offer:

• Permanent role, with strong pipeline of upcoming work
• Base salary $120k - $140k
• Company vehicle, fuel card, laptop & phone

Role & Responsibilities: 

• Liaising with the project support team during the construction and completion phase to ensure successful delivery of construction works.
• Programming of site operations and project planning 
• Management on-site labour force, leading hands and subcontractors, including in ongoing training and development of the team.
• Delivery of a quality finished product that complies with the specifications & standards and delivers satisfaction to the client and other project stakeholders.
• Ensuring safety, environmental & quality management outcomes are in line with Company objectives and industry best practice.

About You:

• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Understanding of planning and programming
• The skill to manage the onsite personnel to complete the project
• Ability to complete onsite administration documents as required
• Clear understanding of site safety requirements
• Good level of computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Holding current Driver licence
