Contract: GS PLMM Coordinator / Kazakhstan

Location: Tengiz 28/28

1.    Updating of material management database reports.
2.    Perform Contractor Construction Compound-Based Warehouse & Laydown Area walk-down assurance assessments (SCMAPs).
3.    Attend Material Management Meetings with Contractors.
4.    Coordinate with CCWF materials Coordinator and provide weekly updates for all FMRs.
5.    Assist in the overall management of Contractor surplus & scrap material management.
6.    Reporting the materials status to contractors in weekly basis.
7.    Checking the Pick tickets reports and following with warehouse and contractors the delay of issuing and picking the materials. 
8.    Supporting the PLMM lead for close out process. 
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Previous experience working in an international environment with expatriate personnel
•    Previous experience working in a ‘manage by influence’ environment with significant internal & external interfaces
