MAIN FUNCTIONS:
Typical duties and responsibilities
- Provide office coordination in support of geophysical vendor field operations .
- In addition to Level 1 tasks and responsibilities, Level 2: Coordinates the disposition of RFIs, NCRs and Field Changes
- Assists managing design changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Addresses and solves day to day project coordination challenges supporting the PM in the identification, logging, analysis and resolution/mitigation of issues and risks
- Assists in the preparation of Risk Management Sessions
- Assists in the preparation of Lessons Learned Sessions
- Assists in the preparation of Project Gate Review Packages
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management
- Advanced knowledge of Project Management Processes; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification an asset
- Minimum 10 years project coordination experience and/or technical experience in large Design & Build - Must have excellent communication skills, possess high level of integrity, and willingness to build trust and accountability in inter-personal relationships while working in team setting
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English - Must be proficient in current communication mediums and technologies (i.e., Microsoft Office, telecommunications, email, meetings)
- Must be in good physical condition and shall comply with all project health and safety requirements (including any vendor, vessel or country-specific certifications required to work offshore)
- Must comply with all requirements per the agreement
- Certifications must be current and not due to expire for the anticipated duration of the project
- Experience dealing with general contractors and design sub consultants

- Proficient with Micro Soft Office Software
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of critical path method (CPM) scheduling
- Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Solid analytical skills to collect and interpret data
- Proficiency in understanding blueprints and contracts
- Outstanding decision-making skills
- Calm, professional demeanor
- Keen attention to detail
- 3+ years’ experience in scheduling
- Data entry knowledge
- Managing schedules for a large companies
- Great communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to self-manage
