Contract: Preservation Data Specialist 2 / Kazakhstan

Location: Tengiz 28/28

•    Processing technical documentation produced by Preservation Core team and MEI Contractor Preservation 
•    Dossier and document extraction from Team Data storage
•    Processing documents stored in eB  issued by  Preservation personnel 
•    Providing document control support for Preservation Team
•    Processing Preservation information requests to and from MEI Contractor 
•    Support MCPlus Preservation Activity Database
•    Support Preservation Change Notification Process
•    Tracking of Preservation metrics, milestones and forecasts 
•    Education: Higher education
•    Experience: 2 years experience working in similar environment (Document Management) 
•    2 years experience working with an loading into a Document Management System.
•    PC skills: Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.Experienced with web based sharepoint application.
•    Language skills: Intermediate & upper level of English 
o    The ability to learn with minimal supervision.
o    Good team player
o    Good communication skills (oral & written in both English/ Russian languages)
