About the Role
The client is an established Project & Custom Homes Builder in Western Sydney. They are looking for an experienced Client Liaison Officer who has worked in a similar role across the end to end construction process to manage your own portfolio of clients from the start to end of construction processes. You will be joining a tight-knit team who work hard, but have fun doing the job, and want someone who will add to the fantastic workplace culture fostered in the business.

In essence, you your responsibilities will be including;
- Client engagement and problem-solving
- Requesting and the assessment and comparison of various suppliers & contractors quotations
- Processing projects and reports using Onsite Companion software
- Liaising with various teams and organizing materials and trades
- Distributing project design & information to contractors
- Supporting Site Supervisors with appropriate construction phase information & solutions to issues
- Preparation of handover kits and all completion documents
- Obtaining Occupation Certificates
- Scheduling of Gas, Electrical, Water and DBYD connections
- Help overcome issues which may rise and be actively involved in the problem solving of day to day operations
About You
To be considered for this position you will have:
- 1-2 years experience within a similar role within the Residential Construction industry
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A customer focused approach
- Highly computer literate, with Onsite Companion experience highly regarded
- The ability to prioritise your workload in a changing environment
- A high attention to detail
- The ability to work towards deadlines
Remuneration & Benefits

- A remuneration package upwards of $65 - 70k+superannuation
