Pipeline Technical Authority

On behalf of a major IOC we are looking for a Pipeline Technical Authority for a long term project in Algeria.

Responsibilities:

Delivery In service Pipeline Integrity Assurance to the Integrity TL
Manage the Pipeline team and engineers
Co-ordinate the Pipeline Integrity Management work and reporting
Provide assurance through a set of performance indicators
Ensure that the Pipeline team works efficiently to execute the required Pipeline Integrity work.
Manage the Pipeline team members and Pipeline related contractors.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years experience of design, construction, technical safety and in service operations of oil and gas pipeline systems
Higher Qualification in an appropriate engineering discipline with in depth experience OR Chartered Engineer or equivalent
Electrical Qualifications
Operator experience required
Previous Algerian experience preferable
Pevious desert experience essential
