Joining to the team of specialist in the company with act as a market leader on the project development, financing, construction, operational management and maintenance of wind and solar farms, battery, and hydrogen projects worldwide.

Job Role / Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Review and record travel and expense reimbursements, including payroll and sales tax issues
• process all inquiries and complaints regarding travel expense reports
• create evaluations and analyses and optimize the travel expense tools used
• answer questions about travel expenses and work with the payroll and financial accounting departments
• Update our travel expense guidelines, taking into account the latest legal regulations
• supports the accounts payable department in recording incoming invoices
• prepare the accounts payable payment run and check the payment proposal list

Qualifications

• have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• have professional experience in finance and accounting
• know the legal travel expense regulations
• speak good German and English
• are able to work in a team and communicate well
• work independently and precisely
