Contract: PSSR Coordinator / Kazakhstan

Location: Tengiz 28/28

Education: Higher (education in Oil and Gas industry is preferable)
Work experience: At least 3 years in Field Operations and System Completion
Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English
PC knowledge and skills: Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Responsible for PSSR development and implementation for safe and efficient start up and operation of the facility. And also, the position is responsible to support HPLP Project Support Group and System Completion, fulfils PSSR Coordinator’s duties which include planning meetings, PSSR walkdowns and documentation maintenance (i.e. checklists, data base, certificates etc.), required for PSSR process. This position is engaged in maintaining documents, recording and tracking all locks/tags, blind which are intended for handover from FGP to Base Business Field Operations. Coordinate works on PSSR for MOC, track status and closure of MOC in the system.
Reports to HPLP Project Support Group Supervisor
Must be familiar with:
• RoK legislation and other regulations applied within this position and assigned duties (laws, rules, regulations, provisions, instructions, standards and specifications)
• Understand SI-139 process – Pre-Startup Safety review and how to use it in major capital projects            
• Understand objectives, roles and responsibilities of different disciplines involved in PSSR process                
• Understand SI-106 – Isolation of Hazardous Energy and roles and responsibilities, how isolation devices are installed, removed and tracked              
• Know all other safety instruction of company and requirements to Safety training
• Have basic knowledge in the field of RoK Labour Code                                        
• Have skills to use MS Office applications, work with electronic files, make analysis and report
