They have been in operations for over 20 years in Melbourne servicing a wide range of sectors, including commercial, education, government & defense projects across refurbishment and new build. They have built a strong reputation delivering projects for the state and federal government and are a preferred builder across Victoria to deliver projects up to $10m in value.
The Role
Due to being awarded a number of new projects, a number of opportunities have become available for experienced Foreman who have experience working on commercial projects. The project they are currently seeking a foreman for is a School refurbishments valued at $700k in Templestowe.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
You will have the opportunity to work for a well established and stable contract that is a preferred supplier to federal and state government works, as well as a broad range of private commercial projects as well. You will be rewarded for your efforts with a permanent role that is paid by the hour with holiday and sick pay also paid.

- Trade qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years site management or foreman experience
- Experience working across commercial projects - Refurbishments or New Builds
- Management and coordination of trades on site
- Ensuring site specific OH&S policies and procedures are met
- Ensure projects are completed within given time frames and on budget
- Site inductions
- Working on the tools
