The Client Woodside a Global Oil & Gas major Operator in Perth CBD are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join them for 2 year contract.
The position is a key member of the contracts team providing contracting and commercial administration support services.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure contracts, purchase orders and call-offs comply with the Contracting and Procurement Procedures.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to the Woodside Management System (WMS), with particular emphasis on the Commercial, Contracting and Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain and HSEQ components of the WMS.
- Maintaining an awareness of the broader business objectives to support business requirements while performing and facilitating the execution of administrative activities and procedures for the operation of a team or manager.
- CLMS updates- including adding vendor details, insurance certificates, Bank and Parent Company Guarantees
- Saving required documentation to Sharepoint
- Issuing and receiving the ITT’s via CLMS including uploading and downloading of documents
- ABC Due Diligence – running the BVD checks
- Safe Custody – documents in and out
- Vendor Maintenance
- Managing Contract expiry dates flags
- Managing Contract Ceilings flags
- International Compliance Registers
- Notifying FAP updates on progress
- SAP – Creating Contracts
- Arrange couriers for Contract signing by the parties
- Information Management focal point for the team including DRIMS 2, Ariba, Sharepoint, WiRCS and JIRA
- Manages meetings, invites and calendars for team meetings and tenderer or contractor engagement
- Intermediate communication skills
- Intermediate organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- SAP experience (PR/PO/SE level)
- Advanced levels of Microsoft office
