• Higher Technical education is preferred
• 5 years experience in Oil and Gas or related industry highly desirable
• 5 years previous experience in a vendor services / contracts / planning or related role
• Excellent organisational and communication skills required
Russian, Kazakh, English – Level 3 and above
Microsoft Office programs, Power BI, Power Apps (an advantage)
• Develop a detailed action plan for fulfillment of set tasks
• Develop a simple plan for mobilization of Vendor representatives
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of the overall vendor plan in partnership with Planning and SC disciplines
• Ability to access and leverage PowerBI dashboards for information gathering and decision making
• Proactively engage SC Team with proposed solutions to resolve issues and delays with vendor mobilization or availability
• Collect, summarize and structure the information
• Develop resolution options within the framework of professional duties
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Assess his/her own strengths and weaknesses
• Make practical steps for personal development
• Share his/her work experience and information with colleagues for achievement of corporate goals
• Express his/her thoughts clearly and in structured manner both in written and verbal form
