Construction Supervisor

This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Construction Supervisor to secure their next permanent role. The client is a well-established and well-known residential construction company based in Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for many years and as a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis to work on ongoing projects within Melbounre's North Western Suburbs. This role presents the opportunity to work on a mix of townhouses, KDRB and volume housing projects with great support provided for the prospective candidate.

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Supervising all work undertaken on allotted sites
• Monitoring progress and ensuring all projects proceed according to deadlines
• Interpreting plans and ensuring that builds are in accordance with building codes and practice
• Engaging with customers and sub-contractors and managing any disputes/issues that arise
• Completing quality assurance inspections and monitoring budgets.

Experience/Skills required:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor for a Residential Builder.
• Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team
• Possession of a valid White Card
• Strong verbal and written skills
