We're looking to find an IT Manager who is experience in end-to-end IT operations with experience and interest in cutting-edge IT techs for secure and reliable operation on a regional scale!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead, scale and grow the IT department
Manage the end-to-end IT operations (including endpoints, online accounts, VPN, IAM, onboarding, offboarding, and timely respond to IT support tickets, maintain relevant and easy-to-use documentation)
Handle IT tickets, troubleshoot systems, and write code while being a people manager
Understand business requirements and operational bottlenecks
Plan IT projects, identify priorities, schedule resources, manage vendors, and liaise teams
Measure and build efficient and automate workflows; operate a remote-first IT ecosystem that enables business efficiency and growth
Ensuring IT security by keep up to date and improve the maturity of IT system security
Collaborate with the inhouse Security Team (MDM, access management, systems hardening, email security, and incident response).
Design effective training and continuously educate teams on effectively using IT systems

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 6+ years of overall work experience, with developer background is advantageous
At least 1+ year of team management experience
At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in deploying and managing IT systems and developing automations in an agile environment.
Proficiency in IT operations, management and security, end-to-end assets lifecycle management
Proven experience to plan, procure, and deploy IT systems, vendor management.
Extensive hands-on experience in networking, OS systems administration (Mac and Windows), and IT systems administrations (Google Workspace, Atlassian Confluence, Monday.com etc.).
Management of directory services and remote provisioning of software on OS systems.
Software development experience with Python scripts and bash for automation.
Experience and ability to design and conduct trainings
Interested in growing cloud technologies capabilities is a plus
