HSE Advisor / Australia

Leading Tier 2 builder with over 20 years of  experience and a strong portfolio of upcoming projects covering Residential, Commercial, Government, Health, & Education. This is an opportunity to work on one of the most iconic projects in Sydney, working alongside some of the top construction professionals in NSW. 
  
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
• Ensure legislation is adhered to
• Provide training  & advise to team members and subcontractors
• Conduct reviews and risk analysis
• Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders
• Incident investigation and reporting 

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum Cert IV in OH&S 
• 2+ years in a HSE role within in the construction industry
• Commercial construction experience is highly desirable, but candidates with experience working on civil, engineering, or infrastructure projects will also be considered 
• Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential
• Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation
• Experience working on projects valued over $15M
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage deadlines
• Excellent communication skills & problem solving skills
