Project Coordinator / Senior project coordinator - Boutique tier one / Australia

The client have an immediate need for an experienced Project Coordinator / Project engineer with significant tieor one or two experience to work on a $120m project in the city. The role will have a clear pathway through to APM and PM and will report to industry project managers as part of a very experienced site team. 

You will also be working alongside and building relationships with industry leading subcontractors. 

You will be asked to:

• Plan and coordinate design changes with client architects and subcontractors. 
• Manage the program
• Supervise subcontractors
• Coordinate materials/suppliers and hire equipment

This role will be operating a 5 day work week with occasional rostered Satursdays only if required as the project commences. 

Commercial construction is essential in either the new build or refurb sector.  Having previously worked on complex refurb or fit out projects would be advantageous.
