Site Coordinator - Wind - Finland Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible to develop field execution strategies, wind farm staffing schedules & forecasts, customer/ constructor meetings and field operation reportsAble to do planning, dispatch teams on the field, create reports.Oversees the subcontracting process incl. document preparation for EHS / SGS, compliance with contract documentationLead and host daily planning meetings for crane, wind farm installation, and transportation companies (POD)Report and collaborate with client wind project manager and end-customer to meet contractual deadlinesExpertise in overall field Ensures process discipline on wind farmIt is a combined position of a wind project manager and wind farm coordinator roleExperience in planning, dispatching the teams to the wind projects, attending client meetings and responding to difficult client questions,Wind Site Coordinator will be the first point of contact for wind technicians - technical supportLead, develop and manage the wind farm office concept in relation to wind farm/office setups Administration, AX, documentation, guidelines and on the job training for Site Assistants. Support Operational Buying in assuring wind project purchases are made in alignment with purchase strategy. Specialist hour registration.Support wind farm administration during start-up phase incl. employment of a wind site assistant. Provide general support to wind farm administration during wind project execution. Act as interface between Construction and IT Field Support in the mobilisation of IT infrastructure on wind farm. Required Qualifications & Experience: Technical degree and/or college diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering ORProject Manager background10 years experience in the wind industryEnglish Proficiency requiredExperience using Microsoft Planning, Microsoft Project Experience with ERP-systems/AX is an advantage Experience with SharePoint is an advantage Fluent in written and oral English Ability to write guidelines/instructions Ability to conduct effective training sessionsAbility to contact and build relationships with Suppliers and other relevant stakeholdersAbility to work in a multi-cultural environment Flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment Organised, proactive and team orientedAbility to take on a leading role for various sub-projects in the constructions phase
