BIM Coordinator / Singapore

Responsibilities

Ensuring that projects meet BIM standard, assist BIM manager as requested
Coordinate with other discipline to define and update standard view template
Responsible for providing the BIM Standard and requirements to users
Responsible for model exchanging between other parties
Develop and maintain title block in Revit, client-specific custom Revit Annotation, Clash Reports, etc. to be used on the projects
Perform quality control review to ensure alignment of BIM standards for the projects and reports
Lead and participate in all related meeting such as Clash Detection meetings,BIM meeting, Space Management
Other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of working experience related to BIM (BIM Coordinator, BIM Specialist, BIM Manager,…)
Skills of Revit and Navisworks
Good command of English communication
