Estimator: $125-$150k / USA

The client is diverse and versailte multi-trade contractor seeking a senior estimator to join their rapidly expanding team of professionals. After their establishment in 1995, what started as a one-divison contractor quickly grew, adding multiple divisions such as masonry & fireproofing, drywall & carpentry, civils, and finally a general contracting division. Together, these divsions have successfully put in place nearly $1 billion dollars' worth of work, and they're only continuing to grow. Now's the perfect time to join the team and expand your knowledge of construction across all divsions.Experience Required:- Min. 4-6 years estimating experience (drywall/carpentry, masonry, interiors renovations, GC)- Experience using estimating programs: ProCore, PlanSwift, OnScreen Takeoff, BlueBeam Revu, etc.- Experience assisting in the bidding process: RFI's, RFP's, value engineering, Quantity, takeoffs, etc. Salary/Benefits: - $125-$150k (negotiated best on experience)- Healthcare- 401k, 3% matching- Competitive ESOP program
