Rail Operations and Commercial Manager An international tier one major contractor is looking for a Rail Operations and Commercial Manager to oversee all projects and operations within the rail for the Netherlands division and ensure an operational role of commercial coordination in the field with local authorities and engineers. Main Responsibilities: * Oversee all operations and projects within your area * Develop the Commercial Action Policy (CAP) (business strategy, customers, partnership development) with the Regional Directorates * To be the guarantor of the implementation of the means and the achievement of the objectives of the CAPs * Analyse, synthesize and communicate field information (report information from the field, define areas for improvement) * Analyse and report on the impact of the commercial approach * Follow clients in close coordination with Regional Directors * Participate in the implementation of tools and business methods for establishments (customer portfolio management tool, CRM, ...) * Monitor these tools, analyse the information they provide * Develop the summary and detailed indicators of the General Management France of the perimeter * Prepare yearly budgets and reporting * Ensure compliance with all Colas Rail's policies and procedures within your area Profile: * You have 10 years of experience in a commercial or operational function * Demonstrated the ability to build relations with internal and external stakeholders * National travel will be expected * Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal * Versatility, rigor, leadership capacity, you have the potential to manage the development of an entity as a whole.
