Responsibilities:
Safety engineering.
Using technical knowledge to promote and maintain a safe working environment in the field. This is achieved through:
? Designing safe experiments and auditing workspaces.
? Active commitment to improve TB performance in the workplace.
? Compliance with documentation requirements for explosive sites and supply plans
security.
? Participation in risk assessment of raw materials, products and processes.
? All changes are approved and closed through the change management system.
? Training on the basics of safety and conducting annual technical inspections in the field of product quality.
Business support.
Providing technical support to business in the field of product quality testing, reactive soils in the laboratory and in the field. This is achieved through:
? Design and conduct experiments to evaluate proposed material changes or
process.
? Conducting pilot studies that support the solution of technical
problems arising in the manufacture, supply and use of products.
? Performance of specialized laboratory surveys (reactive soils).
? Support for priority production projects in the field.
? Conducting investigations of incidents related to the quality of products and semi-finished products,
including laboratory testing and field surveys.
? Preparation and management of production specifications for products through
specialized electronic system.
? Development of procedures, inspections and tests
Implementation and support of technologies.
? Identification of opportunities for the application of new technologies.
? Successful implementation of technologies.
? Cost reduction.

? Support for project work, with the help of which business expansion in Kazakhstan is achieved

Operating environment:
The operating environment to support
this role is required, geographically and technically
varied. Therefore, the candidate for this position
should have broad knowledge of a number of
technical disciplines (chemistry, mining,
industrial equipment, etc.).
Candidate must be prepared to travel frequently
Kazakhstan and sometimes beyond its borders in the CIS region.
This position provides technical support to surface and underground mining operations to ensure that new technologies (products and equipment) are in line with and continuously improved to meet business and customer requirements.
The role is also to provide support to ensure that existing processes and products continue to meet safety requirements, quality standards and customer needs. The position is aimed at providing regional business programs by providing professional support (laboratory testing, field trials, etc.) on the production and use of cartridges and uncartridged explosives.
The duties of a specialist include supporting projects that address the issues of using raw materials.

Technical and practical:
? Good understanding of production technology
emulsion explosives (EEE), understanding of research methods for quality analysis, safe methods of working with EEE in laboratory and field conditions.

? Understanding the mining industry and
drilling and blasting.
? Competent management of work in the laboratory and
operation of laboratory equipment.
? Competence in planning and conducting
laboratory and field tests followed by
analysis and interpretation of the results.

Requirements:
Education and experience
? University degree in chemistry, mining or other engineering field.
? At least 1 year of experience in the EHV industry is an advantage.
? English proficiency: ability to read and understand technical texts, the ability to conduct a professional communication by email mail.
