This is a fantastic opportunity for a client-side project manager looking to work in a well-established company
For over 25 years, they have offered a range of multidisciplinary project services to the public and private sector, delivering exceptional outcomes for the clients through project management, development management, tenancy delivery and property advisory services.
The office is based not far from the CBD. You will be reporting to the Director, the role is for a project manager to deliver strategy, provide guidance across contracting partnerships, procurement, contract management and to provide advice and guidance to the client, specialising in industrial and retail sectors.
The role includes (but not limited to) assisting with:

The role includes (but not limited to) assisting with:
- Design Management
- Tender Phase – documenting, supporting, assessing and finalising.
- Construction – superintendency, project claims and certification, reporting and contract administration.
- Project Administration
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Retail experience - shopping centres - new build and refurbs preferred
- Industrial, education, commercial, office, mixed use, sports & rec
- 2-5 years project management/development experience preferable
- Knowledge of hotel and office sectors
- An architecture., engineering or quantity surveyor experience is ideal
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously.
- Experience working with design teams, tender and procurement processes and a sound understanding of construction contract administration
- High attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budge
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
