This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to secure their next permanent role. The client is a well-established residential construction company based in Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for many years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join their team on a full-time basis to work in their display in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.

The responsibilities of this role are:

• New Home Sales
• Managing a Display Centre
• Lead Generation
• Sales Administration
• Customer Service     

Experience/Skills required:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a New Home Sales Consultant for a Volume Builder in Melbourne
• Experience consistently selling a minimum of 3 homes/month
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written skills
