Contract: Performance Manager / Basrah

As a flexible Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving safe, reliable, and compliant operations through development and ownership of the overall business and management system framework for the Operations Function.


In your first few weeks in this Performance Manager role, you can expect to:

• Manage a team of direct reports, driving the appropriate behaviours to achieve success, including a continuous improvement culture, whilst delivering performance management, technical development, and coaching
• Drive a systematic performance improvement cycle to continually improve the quality and reduce risk within operations, through the implementation of standardized performance management systems, processes, and tools across all Operations sub-functions
• Provide an integration point for Cost Management, Contracting Administration, Planning and Scheduling within Operations.

To apply for this Performance Manager role, you will need a degree in engineering or a relevant science discipline. You will also require the following:

• Knowledge and experience of multiple operational functions, e.g., Production Operations, Engineering, Reliability and Maintenance
• Deep knowledge of performance management and reporting systems
• A deep knowledge of operational management systems and the ability to manage improvement processes
• A detailed knowledge of strategic and functional planning.
